Shenzhen Polytechnic started providing UAV-related professional vocational education in 2018. Shenzhen Polytechnic has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with DJI and other leading enterprises in the industry to carry out in-depth integration of industry and education and promote university-enterprise cooperation. In March 2019, the School of Automotive and Transportation Engineering took the lead in offering UAV-related courses on campus and started to offer the professional emphasis in Drone Technology and Application in the Major of Intelligent Transportation Technology in September 2020. The cultivation of high-quality skill talents in UAV has also begun to bear fruit. The competition is held at Shenzhen Polytechnic (Xilihu Campus). The active participation of relevant technical personnel in Shenzhen Polytechnic has greatly enhanced the attraction of the competition. Giving full play to the UAV-related major in Shenzhen Polytechnic and the related technology of DJI is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality and high-skilled talents in the UAV industry.
