Due to the COVID-19, the Financial Management Competition of 2021-2022 Guangdong Vocational College Skills Competition, originally scheduled to be held in January 2022, was postponed. On May 15, two teams from big data and accounting majors in the School of Economics completed 6 hours of online intense competition and won the provincial first prize respectively. It is reported that the Financial Management Competition of Guangdong Vocational College Skills Competition required four participants to form teams and compete in different positions, serving as operation management, capital management, cost management and finance directors respectively, working together to finish corresponding tasks of the enterprise in each period. In addition to improving the financial indicator analysis and reporting ability, accounting information analysis ability, decision-making ability, cross-major comprehensive practice and teamwork ability of college students, the competition also stimulates their innovative thinking and management thinking.
