For example, they have made a breakthrough in photoresists that can be used in the chip fabrication process and have entered the pilot stage.
Teng Chao, Professor of Integrated Circuits Research Institute of Shenzhen Polytechnic, said that if the chip is successfully developed, it can make major breakthroughs in the semiconductor industry and contribute to supply chain security.
